Restaurant owner, 64

A taste of São Paulo

I was born in Ipiranga, where Brazil declared its independence, and it was where I declared mine, for sure! I like going places, taste flavors, copy them for me and serve everyone with those good things.

I’m from a time when eating was fun and today I’m part of a movement that brings that back in São Paulo, running my restaurant and getting up to date to new tastes.

In bars, in sambas at night or just hanging out in the streets, without fear, eating and drinking, I was discovering that São Paulo is a party and I learned to have fun with it.
